Our service includes a deep integration of the HPE ARUBA Meridian system. This Indoor Navigation ensures that Customers, once inside the building, know exactly where they are, see the stores, and navigate to the store of their choice. Up through levels.

iBeacon-based content access

(i)Beacon-based content access

The hardware beacon device provides the use of BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) based location and proximity services. It allows the user to receive digital content on a location basis, either outdoors or indoors. It does not itself contain any digestible or interpretable data, information or description. It does not store images, text, video or sound. But it does know something else very important. The mobile application downloads location-based data from a remote server when it comes within range of the beacon. There is nothing for the little beacon hardware to do other than trigger a location-driven event. If that is not its mandate, it can form the basis for navigation within the building.

The HPE Aruba hardware-based beacon device is the key to the mobile app's ability to identify its own location within a building. An app that is (also) equipped with location capabilities will not know its exact location, will not know its position on a map, and will require the user to provide a specific starting point when requesting a waypoint to a specific destination. This is often referred to as static wayfinding, as opposed to dynamic wayfinding in location-based applications. By placing the HPE Aruba beacons in the stadium, the mobile application can use these beacons (more specifically, the bluetooth signals they emit) to determine the location of the user (their mobile phone) on the map and assist in wayfinding to a specific destination. The indoor location app can share the user's current location with other trusted users.

Our solution even integrates with the HPE Aruba Meridian service, meaning indoor and outdoor navigation and location-based digital content sharing can be implemented with the introduction of the Beconz Digital Framework. Location-based digital content delivery is also functional on its own.

Finding an indoor navigation solution for Visitors and Shoppers can become quite time consuming and cumbersome without a professional, technology-savvy consultancy and appropriate industry case studies in the selection process.
